SHIPPING POLICY
Costs and Delivery Schedule
The shipping cost is based on the item's size, weight, and shipping method. In an effort to keep costs down, Fat Cat Phonics does not add charges for handling your product.
We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders within the continental United States (we do not ship to P.O. boxes):

Delivery Method Delivery Time:

  • USPS Up to 14 business days (please visit www.usps.com for a more accurate shipping time shipping from 98199)
  • Expedited 3-5 business days
  • Premium 2-4 business days

U.S. orders outside the contiguous 48 states (including APO and FPO addresses): Shipped via USPS only. For APO/FPO and U.S. territories, please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery time. There is no Expedited or Premium shipping available to these delivery addresses. APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only.
Canadian shipments: Shipped via UPS. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time. Canadian GST, PST, and HST will be included on these orders.
We cannot use a third-party shipping service other than those listed in Costs and Delivery Schedule, nor can we charge shipping to a third-party account.
All On-line orders will ship within 3-5 business days. If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified via email and/or phone of the delay.
To prevent shipping delays, verify your correct street address is entered, NOT a USPS Post Office Box. UPS requires a street address and cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Also be certain your payment information is entered correctly. Many shipments are delayed because of improperly entered credit card information.  Delivery times vary by location.  Also, when estimating your package arrival, the map does NOT include the day of pickup. Selecting special service guarantees shipping service within that time period. Keep in mind weekends and holidays when estimating package deliveries.
 
Many retail orders will ship same day if received early enough within the day, however, Fat Cat Phonics cannot guarantee that service for every order placed online. If you need an order shipped same day to receive it by a certain date, call your order into our customer service office at 1-800-295-1096 .  For bulk order pricing, please contact our customer service office or email support@fatcatphonics.com

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number linked to the carrier's Web site once your order is assigned a tracking number.
 
SHIPPING TO THIRD PARTY
We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, provided the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked.
Fat Cat Phonics does not provide pre paid shipping labels for return.  You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Fat Cat Phonics is not responsible for return packages not received.  In order to prevent lost packages we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery information.
If you have questions about how to use the product, you may call our Customer Service department at 1-800-295-1096. We can recommend ways for you to use the program.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-295-1096. Please have your order number along with your e-mail address ready for fastest service. Proof of purchase is required.

EXCHANGES
We are not able to process exchanges.

METHOD OF REFUNDS
The purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card.

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and product receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We begin processing orders immediately after an order is placed, so we cannot cancel an order. If you made a mistake entering your order, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-295-1096 or support@fatcatphonics.com. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
  • Item(s) became unavailable.
  • We were unable to process the payment information received.
  • We cannot ship to the address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.
